I am a 32 year old male experiencing persistent light headedness, brain fog, blurred vision, and neck stiffness for the past 2 years.
The symptoms are present almost daily and significantly affect my quality of life.
I have consulted multiple neurologists, a cardiologist, and an orthopaedic specialist. MRI scans and other investigations have been reported as normal.
I continue to experience these symptoms despite normal test results and no clear diagnosis.
Could this be related to a vestibular disorder, cervical spine dysfunction, TMJ/jaw clenching, autonomic dysfunction, posture related issues, or another underlying condition?
What further investigations or specialist consultations would you recommend?
In depression (primary) or secondary cause( inflammation, medicine drug withdrawal, migraines, headaches), low nutrition etc, is there any death of brain cells? As one online resource was saying that inflammation causes depression and leads to loss of brain cells. Is there any loss of brain cells in stress, anxiety, depression? Yes or no? Reversible or irreversible? Rtms and psych meds cause any harm? Loss of sleep due to neurotransmitters imbalances for any reasons, causes loss of brain cells(any)?
Please guide correctly. In physiological stress and mental stress, breathing becomes shallow and rapid. Does this cause any neuronal loss or damage due to less oxygen or brain maintains oxygen? Please let me know. Stopping of psych meds causes serotonin to drop and causes headaches. Does this reduce blood supply to the brain causing any memory issues or no?
Simple Question is How to Keep (Body + Mind) Sharp after 39+ years of age as a male living in India?
Food Habits: Non Veg but now with limit due to various issues
Body Shape: Average
Work Out: Moderately
Current Residence: India and never went outside India due to Financial reason.
Eyes: Wear Spectacles on daily basis
Energy Level: Depends on Type of Work + Weather + Environment
This is a general question to team of doctors or specialists or any one who is asking or trying or implementing.

Actually, I am already a student who dreams to be in med-world but that's a long way ahead. Before only I got to know about this competition and I am currently thinking of developing something related to med tech. As you know world is evolving so is technology. I thought of some dental devices or something to help on with surgery or reduce muscle strain for your exhausting working hours.I also thought of hand tremors for surgery efficiency. I wonder if you could help me with the ideas. If you can please do tell me what's the most tiring thing in your routine or something that strains you up so much. The more the consents the better, because only with variety I can come up with a better and best idea.I hope you can help me as I don't have much time to submit the manuals.Thanku.
Hi sir/Madam.
My kid is 6 years old. He had a mild seizure on Feb 22 in sleep.
On doctors suggestion we did MRI and EEG found no issue in mri but EEG showed little spike on the left part of the brain. So the Levipil syrup was suggested for next three months at night. Till now there is no seizure episode except the first one.
But, he is little moody and gets very angry. This we have observed from mid April to till date.
Wanted to know what may be the cause or is it normal
Other than that is normal, active, eats, sleeps
