I (32M, height 5'8"/173cm, weight 74kg) experience chronic gastric and acidity issues alongside persistent flatulence (gas passes easily via farting multiple times daily).

Over the past 3 months I had panic attacks with dizziness, chest pain, fear of death. Consulted ENT, Ayurvedic, Cardiologist, then Gastroenterologist. Endoscopy showed GERD, LPR, H. pylori. Anxiety fluctuates; stress/news/work trigger panic (latest after office fight). Still working but fear losing control. Financial strain from repeated visits. need guidance on which dr to visit further need more help
