What issue am I sufering from & AnyCure?

I have been experiencing food-related reactions for the past ~8 years. My symptoms include small itchy rashes (mosquito-bite–like), very rarely mild hives, frequent mouth ulcers after certain foods, and digestive issues such as gas, bloating, and IBS-like symptoms for some foods. I sometimes experience headaches, palpitations, and fatigue. These reactions are usually delayed (6–10 hours after eating trigger foods). Ex: chicken, tomato, banana etc. For different foods, there is different reaction happening. Allergic to only unmatched foods but nothing else. I can tolerate rice, bottle gourd, ridge gourd, carrot, curd, and urad dal. Foods like chicken and tomato trigger symptoms, which are relieved by Levocetirizine. Earlier, antibiotics temporarily reduced my reactions, but this no longer happens. My IgE level was above 120 last year. I would like to know whether this condition is autoimmune, urticaria, or food intolerance, and what treatment or long-term solutions are available.

Ragi drink for thyroid patient

I have heard that ragi is difficult to digest for thyroid people. I have thyroid 5.7 and currently taking 62.5 MG thyronorm..can I consume ragi?

Anal fistula and fissure

I have fissure for last 6 weeks ...my fissure is recurring one . 4 days before it have bump with pus , I did mri my doctor told there is small fistula tract , he told me to go for surgery But I plan do ksharasutra it will completely heal fistula How much time for healing ? Hyperacidity evening time

I have hyperacidity empty stomach in evening and morning but not chest pain i feel whole body muscle and joint pain due to acidity. I have taken shankh bhasam with avipattikar churn, kamdudha with mulethi by doctor suggestion but not relief Doctor says pitta banta hai mujhe. Any other anta acid tablet.

Genital hygiene

Hi Doctor, due to intense summer heat and sweat i am planning to cut my pubic hair, i discussed with physicians they are saying to save down there but i am fearing if any blade hit my genital area it can cause damage. Also i have much hair at the joining of scrotum penis and inner thigh which is more sensitive zone as seen in attached image. Is there any Ayurvedic treatment available so that my pubic hair automatically shed down from there? Also i am feeling shameful in asking such questions from my parents
