I have kyphosis and lordosis as well which has also resulted in a forward head posture, this puts me to great discomfort especially when I'm sitting and time to time, I need to lie down but when I'm outside, I can't lie down, would surgery be a bad idea at my age? Also, what exercises can I do?
Lower back pain since last two months.

While doing the bicep curl exercise, I feel severe pain in left forearm.. It feels very stiff as if the nerves are entangled.. Please help.
