Hello everyone, I have had knee pain for months and it started all of a sudden or a psychological i am unsure but pain gets sharp when bending squating or when having fever or i think if i have food which causes this unsure. I can feel the slight swelling. I have done multiple visits to a dr. Around 6-10 appointments to the same dr. I visit whenever i get a call or i call back saying I am having pain. But now i am ignored by the clinic as well. Now i am unsure what to do. As i haven't got any resolution. If anyone is from goregaon East or malad east. Do let me know.
Lately my mother has been complaining about Neck and right hand pain, when checked with our family doctor he consulted for X-ray after which he updated that the bone marrow has rubbed which is common in this age will be treated with medicine and asked to not use high pillow henceforth after the consultation she started using low pillow but the Hand pain has increased along with some sensations. Please help does it need any special consultation or what why to tensed about it.
Lower back pain from 2months - X-ray done -initial findings no nerve compression or disc issue -concluded muscle spasm. From X-ray spine is completely straight due to muscle stiffnes and the complete body load is coming on spine hence the pain. been advised for physics therapy for a week to relieve the muscle stiffness. Now after 1week physio also the pain is persisting. To clarify once again o don't have radiating pain to leg. After standing still for 5mins the pain travels from lower back towards toward front upper thigh from sides forming a C-Curvature path from back to front via sideways and ceases. I have taken pain killer, muscle relaxants , hot packs , physio , Multi vitamin tablets. Pls advise the next steps !!
My mother's MRI (Feb) shows: Mild L5–S1 retrolisthesis, Modic changes, L3–4 left foraminal disc protrusion, and L4–5/L5–S1 disc prolapse with caudal migration causing severe foraminal stenosis. She has pain mainly in the buttock radiating to the leg. She is currently taking Nervite Plus, Gabapin-NT, and Vitamin D3 60,000 IU. The pain has reduced slightly but is still persistent. Would you recommend any change in medications (add, reduce, or switch), or any specific physiotherapy/exercises that are safe and effective? Any lab tests to do for check-up the parameters???Please tell me best possible way...
