Please provide a good sealent recommendation which lasts long for a person who eats hard food like chips and other such foods . Please provide your recommendation on fluoride coating as well along with pits and fissure sealant. Right now no decayed tooth but small stained marks in pits and fissures.
Hi I have been suffering from bad breath. Previously I used to feel better with scraping my tongue but from last 1 year it's been worse. No amount of tongue scraping and flossing has helped. My tongue buildup used to get huge within short span of time. I got endoplasty done, so no ent and my dentist said no issues. Even gastro couldn't help in this case. But as a last resort I have started trying chlorohexidine mouthwash and it worked wonders for me. There's no morning breath and the tongue buildup has reduced too. So it's worked But I found that chlorohexidine shouldn't be used longterm. So could you please suggest any other mouthwash that can be used long term for the same. Thank you

Hello, I have ulcers in one side of tongue from past five days. Ulcers have inflammation and some time I use to clean my tongue they very slightly bleed I like tiny dot.
