Doubtful dog scratch
Hello doctor..7-8 days ago I was standing in roadside..a dog was behind me..I didn't feel that he touche me but after returning home I saw a tiny red mark on my foot behind..I didn't take that seriously..but now I am feeling worried that the dog can scratch without my notice..i am attaching a picture..it was little bit red as this photo was taken after 5 days
Pain in left chest
I experienced some pain in the left side of my chest (marked in the picture) about 1.5-2 hours back. It lasted for about a minute or so, worsened when I took deep breaths. Can it be a heart related issue, or something else? I was doing cardio at that time. Please help. I cannot go to a doctor or take a consultation because I don't want my parents to know or they will get extremely worried For context- I don't have a history of heart related problems, I had eaten probably 30-40 mins before the cardio and laid down on the bed after eating. I also have a sensitive stomach
Hypertension
I have hypertension so I take Telmisartan 40 mg at bed time. Since a few days I have been having this headache at the back of my head till the neck sometimes in the midday sometimes at evening . My pressure remains 130/90 at that time . I have lower back spondylosis and knee arthritis. Why am I having this severe headache so frequently ? Please help me out
BLOOD FLOW
My triglycerides is 187 and the blood flow seems to be less. I drink 6 litres of water and go on walk daily and eat portion wise food. Will it come to normal slowly or should I take medicines for making blood flow normal. Pls advise.
