Loose motion and fever
Hello Doctor, I have had a fever, frequent bowel movements, and excess gas/bloating for the last 5 days. Stool: Frequent urge to go, but not watery (semi-formed/regular consistency). Gas: Experiencing significant gas/bloating alongside the frequent urges. Fever: Persistent; returns after Dolo 650 wears off. Medicines taken: Dolo 650 and Loperamide (neither has resolved the problem). Please advise on the right treatment
Vitamin d deficiency
Hi, My Vitamin D level was 28 (insufficient), doctor prescribed 60,000 IU weekly for 8 weeks. After taking 3 doses, I noticed my heart rate goes above 100 bpm for 2-3 days after each dose. Should I stop this and switch to a lower daily dose instead? Please advise. Thanks

I m having burning and pain while urination and also urge to go everytime with lower abdomen pain .please guide me how do I get relief I have some problems that i can't swallow tablets .I consulted many doctors but they gave tablets that too extended release type .
