I am taking ctd t am 12:5:40 for hypertension . Some times my pulse gets too high 120.doctor advised me ciplar LA 40.after taking this my pulse normal but bp comes 110/75 . earlier I was taking amloz at.My sugar Hba1c 7.7 . doctor advised to control by walking and diet .according to him it's quite right according to my age.sometimes I get hot flashes and burning sensation in body.please help

Two days ago, I posted here about burning pressure in neck and jaw as if it was suffocating, and I was suggested to go for ECg- i had it done- normal ekg, echo, trop i was 0.001 Now that cardiac issues is cleared, what can cause it? My mom suffered an ischemic stroke and has hyperuricemia. Despite taking her daily prescribed medications, she is experiencing severe weakness, a heavy head with headaches, and intense dizziness that prevents her from standing or walking. She is also suffering from an active gout flare and ongoing leg pain. She curently under nuerology treatment, the swollen leg is reduce, but seem like not helping much it's been 3 month, her toe still has pain sometimes it goes, I don't know whether I should see another specialist for hyperunicemia or Internal Medicine specialist .I want a doctor that can safely adjust her medications to relieve the dizziness and provide a stroke-safe treatment for her gout flare
Hello,I have had completed my rabies PEP (5 dose) on 28th April 2026(5th dose) with Rabivax-S. I checked my rabies antibody level on 12th July 2026 with value of 3.21 Eu/ml. On 9th August 2026 an aggressive stray dog passed very close to my leg.So out of fear I took one booster of Rabivax-S on 10th August 202. Now I feel I took this booster shot unnecessarily.Is there any harm if I don't take second booster now?I am worried if getting so many vaccines can cause any side effects. So far no major side effects Please advise.Thanks
