Mujhe kaafi time se feel ho raha hai ki meri aankhon par screen use ki wajah se zyada strain aa raha hai. Main daily bahut zyada time mobile use karti hoon—subah uthte hi 3–4 ghante, phir dopahar, shaam aur raat/der raat tak. Iske alawa mobile se hi approximately 5–6 ghante padhai bhi karti hoon.
Mujhe kabhi-kabhi aankhon ko stretch karne ki zarurat feel hoti hai aur mujhe strong feeling aa rahi hai ki future mein shayad glasses ki zarurat pad sakti hai.
Abhi mujhe blurry vision nahi hai. Door ki cheezein clearly dikhai deti hain, aur main kaafi door se likha hua bhi padh sakti hoon. Main screen brightness generally kaafi low rakhti hoon.
I've had eye pain whenever I wear glasses for the past 12 years. I've tried wearing glasses consistently for long periods (including about 2 years continuously), but the pain never resolved. Because of this, I switched to contact lenses (last 10 years), which were generally comfortable and did not cause the same pain.
However, over the last year, I've started experiencing eye irritation with contact lenses as well. It feels as though my eyes have become more sensitive to them, although I'm not sure whether this is due to changes in my eyes or the lenses themselves.
My spectacle prescription has been checked and updated multiple times over the years, but the discomfort with glasses persists. What could be causing this, and what evaluations should I undergo?
Hello last month my wife and I were eye checkup done in a new eye centre and the doctor was checking up her eyes with Auto refraction machine and by putting glasses on eyes and said to my wife read letter on screen then given final number of eyeglasses, because her first time eye checkup
2 During my time ,I already wear eyeglasses and the doctor checks my eyeglasses and gives me only that number that He sees after putting my both eyes on the refraction machine and he does not put lenses on my eyes for reading on screen and from that I got first time cylindrical and axis number,so I want to know I go for eyeglasses with new number or I have to eye checkup again, please tell me and why doctor not check my eyes with reading on screen
Hello I have been wearing eyeglasses from a very young age and I didn't wear eyeglasses at Every time , because my work is nearby and I am not able to clearly see words and other things in my smartphone after wearing - number eyeglasses and not able to see small words also,but this time I go for eyesight check up again and in this month on 16 than doctor see my eyeglasses and check my eyes with auto refraction machine and give me new number of eyeglasses and doctor open his new centre and new machine installed by him one month ago,so I want to know that I have to make new eyeglasses with auto refraction machine number or I have to eye checkup again, because that time doctor only check my eye with number and don't put lenses in my eyes and not read on screen
My sister in law is facing heavy under eyes.
