Small bump on eye like Granuloma

Here’s the short, corrected version: --- I had pterygium surgery 1 month ago. After 1 week, a small bump appeared where the pterygium was removed.  It shrinks little when I use steroid ointment, but comes back after in its original shape. My doctor suggested using steroid eye drops for another month. Should I wait, or will I need surgery again?  If surgery is needed, will it require autografting like the first pterygium surgery?

Now I had CSR in my right eye and it's been 2 weeks I am giving the same medicine. I consulted doctor and has done oct which indicated CSR. Doctor had told me to do a DFA of eye to see leakage is present or not. Bilutni haven't done the DFA. So should I wait for around 1 month to see if it's recovering or not or Should I go for DFA?
