I am experiencing significant lower back pain in the central region which started a few days ago and suddenly worsened after a squatting movement. The pain now radiates into my left leg and makes it difficult to walk, especially when putting weight on the left side. I am also unable to sit upright at 90 degrees due to increased pain, and getting into bed is particularly painful while getting up is slightly manageable. There is no loss of bladder control, but the pain intensity has increased enough to affect basic movements and daily activities. I am looking for an early consultation with an orthopedic (spine) specialist to evaluate the condition and suggest appropriate treatment.
