Hello, after half a year of starvation because of stomach issue, I am not recovered properly at home, rest and sleep. I wanted to know- 1- Is GGT elevated level is because of Atorva or daily consumption of home made Paneer or the Tab Uprise 60k which he took for 12 weeks as his Vit D was 18 few months back? And how to overcome this? 2- His HSCRP is 2.88 now.. is this concerning ? How to lower it down? He eat healthy diet. Daily 40 grams of Paneer as protien and good amount Of fruits ( apple,Avacardo, Papaya, Dragonfruit). Also he walks 5 KMs daily on an average.
