Hello Doctor,
I want to gain muscle. My height is 171 cm, and my weight is 71 kg. However, I am not seeing much muscle growth.
I wanted to ask if I can take whey protein to support muscle growth. Some people have told me that whey protein can be harmful to the body, so I’m confused about whether I should start taking it or not.
I’ve also heard that there are many fake whey protein brands available in the market, so I’m not sure which brand is safe and genuine. I have attached an image of a whey protein brand that I am considering. Could you please let me know if it is safe to use and whether you would recommend it?
Thank you.

Hello,
Recently i lost 8 kgs weight through gym in 3 months.
I was experiencing a lot more hairfall and widening of hairline at front while combing.
So got the tests done.
Hb was : 11.1
Rbc count : 3.62
Serum iron : 38
UIBC: 260.05
TIBC : 298
Transferrin : 208.63
Iron saturation % : 12.83
Ferritin : 22.4
Vitamin D3 : 67
B12 : 202
What should I do? Is the hairfall because of iron or the weight loss?
