I have been suffering from Vestibular Migraine for the last three months. My symptoms typically start with vertigo (spinning sensation) and are followed by vomiting. Kindly advise on possible lifestyle modifications, preventive measures, or treatment options to better manage this condition. These episodes are affecting my daily routine, so I would really appreciate detailed guidance.

My brother had normal fever and loose motion 3-4 days back which got better. But from last 1 day he is behaving abnormally like he is talking senseless (i'm going to die and my heart is not pumping), it looks like he's having panic attacks and having negative thoughts but it's getting worse. He has not slept in last 24 hours and he is not able collect his thoughts and talking senseless. If anyone can suggest what should i do?
