Head tightness( Pressure) on study

1) Major problem:- I have been feeling forehead tightness ( pressure like) since last 2.5years . I don't have throbbing pain. This head tightness become worse as soon as I start studying, eating spicy food and sweet products and Mobile/Laptop screen.  2)All  tests Normal:- Brain MRI, Urine, Blood cbc, thyroid, Ct PNS ( Sinusitis), Sugar test, BP, etc.             3) My earlier lifestyle:- I was preparing for competitive exam since 2020 via  online class in  Mobile.  So, I cut all physical activities and Outdoor sports and devote my max time in study .                       4) Visited many doctors but nothing worked.              5) Due to frustration, typed my problem in Chatgpt. It examined my problem as -(Tension headache with Brain Hypersensitivity). Prescribed medicine - Dezula 20mg, Nortimer 25mg. Initially it worked for 3 months like magic and i was able to study like normal. But Nowadays, again same problem arises. 6) will my problem permanent, not curable??
