After doing xray she said he is having infection & tooth decay so hve to do rct & hve to keep a cap. Iam attaching xray plz go through dat & tell me whether its infected becoz she said its infected with pus underneath after seeing xray. Is it true..? I need second opinion.. he is in too much pain. Wat all medication is needed & how should we proceed further becoz his dental friends were saying dere is nothing in report but he is in unbearable pain plz suggest..

Regarding popping clicking sound

After starting to wear aligners, the jaw popping and clicking sounds have increased a lot. About a week before I started wearing aligners, there was a slight sound while chewing, but since I began wearing the aligners, the sound has increased significantly. Is this normal?

Gum problem

Is there any issue with my gums that is very dangerous these two long teeth are natural or sign of something ?

Pain between tooth 46 and 47 lingering .

It's been 40 days since I accidentally cut gum end between tooth 46 and 47. Few days before I had tooth extraction (tooth 48 wisdom). It sometimes bleed after brush or if I poked with my 🤞 finger. It was paining before but the pain is dull now sometimes vanishes. There is no continuous bleeding as I approached multiple dentist ( 2 dentist and 1 ENT) they said there is no ulceration or any other abnormalities after 1 panoramic x-ray and 1 specific tooth xray done by the same doctors. My concern is when will it heal. Some say it will take months to fully heal. I am anxious. Please advice me some toothpaste for faster recovery. I am currently on medication ( vitamin c + b12 suppliments) . Please experts. Help me.
