Actually from last 2 days facing stomach ache severely . Also not able to eat anythin, first day didn't have anything then at night vomitted 3-4 times and had fever for 4-5 hours then next day , tried to have some fruits and ORS 2 Litres all again vomitted . Could not sleep properly, somehow the pain is bit less had some medicines still facing that issue struggling to eat something, last night had a loose motion and still heaviness is there though had nothing much . Please help it out . Same like this but in severe condition faced 3-4 weeks ago but that time had 4-5 infection prevention meds with saline and some medicines by doctor it was fine . Do let me know the steps to be followed now
Since last two days, I'm having constipation due to which stools are too hard so I'm not able to freshen up. Like too little with quite some pressure. I am hydrating and walking. I bought Looz syrup which is Lactulose, it was given to one of my relatives for constipation. How much dosage should I take, like how much and when and for how long? I'm 25 years old, female. Also due to constipation I'm feeling bloated with a warm moving feeling inside my stomach. Or should I consult a doctor first, it's the third day.
I had fasted today till afternoon and from evening I have stomach pain which is unbearable. I ate my dinner thinking that it might be from not having food for entire day but it was still paining when I was eating. The pain is not continuous but when it comes and goes immediately it stings like hell

I was positive for Hpylori in july and gastro gave me Rifashell 400 twice for 30 days but could only do 20days then i had to stop because of some financial distress. Now in Sep I m getting acidic burps and burning sensation i m nauseous and moreover i use to take nicotex beacuse i quit smoking 6 months ago. How can i get my digestion back and gut issues be gone? Should i repeat Rifashell400 and complete the course ? Should i add something to heal my gut lining. Cause PanD couldnt solve my acidity it s too extreme.
