I came back from a 2-day trip, and because of that I couldn’t completely avoid spicy food even though I requested less spice. On Tuesday night, my stomach started feeling upset. I thought it was just gas, so I didn’t pay much attention.
By Wednesday, I felt somewhat better. But on Thursday, my stomach became restless again throughout the day. On both Thursday and Friday, I felt pain when food was passing through my stomach, especially during breakfast in the morning. My whole stomach was aching, with the pain around 4–5 out of 10, and it also felt restless during the day.
On Saturday, the pain during breakfast was less. Yesterday and today, the pain while eating seems to be gone. However, today (Sunday morning), my stool was partly yellow and partly blackish-grey. Since yesterday and today, I’ve also been feeling light-headed. I’m not sure if the stool color is related, because I’m currently on my period as well.
what do i do?
My son (2 year 11months) is having constipation from last few days. Is there any syrup or stool softener available for kids of this small age?

I have been diagnosed with grade 2 non alcoholic fatty liver disease in 2023,have diabetes & high bp.Diabetes used to remain mostly under control but bp fluctuates.My LFT report came absolutely normal which was done 1 year 1 month ago.Consumed a bottle of beer daily for the last 12 months.Taking saroglitazar 4 mg daily.What damages does alcohol have likely done to my liver?However,there are no symptoms till now.Could it cause inflammation or fibrosis?Can the damages caused to my liver due to daily beer intake for the last 12 months be fully reversed by abstaining completely from alcohol from now on?
Hi Doctor, 1. i daily feels like my stomach is full heavy and tight and at the same time feels heaviness near anal area like if someone pressed my stomach then i will pass stool. 2. Twice or thrice in a year generally when i am outside my home i get frequent hiccups which last for 2-3 days and even not stop after drinking water. It feels like a vaccum is created in stomach which wants so much air to breathe to fill the gap. 3. Whenever i am outside on a trip with my family i get frequent loose motions which happens with so much noise. At that time stomach shrinks after passing gas but after 5-10min coming from bathroom i again feel stomach full and tightness. 4. If i eat ghee also i feel like my stomach is feeling heavy. I tried to summarize whole issue related with my stomach overall. Now main question is what checkup should i go with to confirm and solve this issue? I am observing from the last 5 months , white substance looks in stools , prior to the month of aug , one sudden blood was seen in stools after consulting a physician , he prescribed some antibiotics rifagut
, after 5 days of course the stools report came normal,
