Hi doctors My shoulder orthoscopic surgery for bankart leasion had done 7 months ago and iam continuously using tablets as suggested by doctors i.e pain killers and also daily doing sometimes physio exercises.. But improvement is only around 75% . Not able to freely do hand moment's still feel like stuck . And stiffness. But last week stopped painkillers and my shoulder gets heavy pains and iam unable to lift hand also . Why is this happening . I have been dealing with severe plantar fasciitis issue, have tried almost everything, Hot-Cold bath for foot, painkillers, rolling foot over cold bottle, vitamin D, Collagen supplements, even took, nervite(for nerve pain).
