Hello doc , my 2 .2 year old baby boy had fever 3 days ago , we went to the doctors and he said it's a viral fever and he gave clarithromycin, polex10, and sailors pds , his fever is gone now but now he is having frequent urination from 2 days. He is eating well and feeding well ,more than normal days before , we have him cocoon water, ors daily but not today ?? Should I concern about his frequent urination or not ???
My 4 year old daughter is having Hyperactivity and an irregular sleeping cycle. Started speaking a few words. Doctor has advised the following meds 1. Melatonin 5 ml once at night 2. Risnia 0.1 ml once at night Is Risnia a good medicine for controlling Hyperactivity? Are there any side affects? If the dosage is ok for her with 13 Kg weight?

My son is 6 month old, weight 7.2 kg. From last two weeks we have started solid food like khichri and apple puree and rest times formula milk but from last 7 to 8 days we are seeing that he is passing stool immediately after every single feed and also while feeding milk in between also he is pooping. My daughter is 2 years old, yesterday she was not eating food like normal and was having light fever. We went to see a doctor, doctor gave medicines Syrup Oflomac m 3ml twice , O bact 5 ml twice , Zincogut 5ml once and Lanzol Junior one tablet, but when we gave Oflomac she vomitted, after 45 min we gave again then it was fine along with Zincogut and Obact , we thought of giving the Lanzol Junior in the morning , but early in the morning she was having light fever so we gave paracetamol drops, she immediately vomitted and when feeded with milk she vomitted the whole milk after 15 min , What should we do , is it due to some sort of acidity , what should be done now ?
