I always feel a lightheadedness with pain at base of my skull which sometimes goes to back of the ears. My neck remains stiff too. I got rhinitis allergy once at 2019, my nose feels congested too. Knee pain and pain after squats exercise
I am having knee pain since few days it was after i do squats exercise then it go away. This happened for everytime i do squats. And i kept doing it for months. But since 2 days the pain is not going away. I am having fear , i don't want any arthritis. I am taking vit d 60k once a week for low vit d. Suggest some exercise for pelvic floor and knee, thigh.
