Its for psychatry ...37 years,sleep-no problem,medicine lamitor 100mg,blonitas 4mg.
Completed b.tech in 2012 with cs branch.till then no job sitting at home whole time idle.not able to do any any productive work continously.
Tried many things.guitar,sketching,youtube channel.
Guitar is in my hand ,right hand on sound hole,left hand on guitar neck...still not able to strum,not able to move my hand.
In sketching...pen in my hand on paper...not able to move my hand..even to make a random line.on youtube channel to make script...can't even think properly to write some lines for script.
I can't even count numbers 1 to 20 mentally on specific time like at 1 pm for consecutively 3 days.
Consultated many doctors for years..some gave medicine for bipolar,some depression.counsellor says...do small tasks,begin with very small tasks...But Sorry I can't do it.
Can some one tell me what actually is this illness,is anyone have seen this kind of illness before ...
My sister is 26 and lives in India. Over the past 3 years, after our mother passed away in an accident (she directly saw the body), her behavior has changed.
She manages daily activities (gym, coffee shops, online shopping, handling money) but is socially withdrawn, has no friends, and spends most of her time alone.
She has developed suspicious thoughts, especially about our cook. She says clothes kept in the balcony will get spoiled if the cook looks at them and believes the cook should only cook and not see her belongings. She also repeatedly tells us not to share our address or personal information.
She sometimes zones out and her conversations are hard to follow. She gets irritated if we suggest seeing a therapist or psychiatrist.
No prior psychiatric treatment. She lives with our father; I live in the USA. Please advise how to help her, especially since she resists treatment.
I have been digenose with anxiety and panic attacks in 2024 then I go to a doctor he gives me medicine for one year I feel good after I quit medicine I feel agai symptoms then again I goes to her he gave medicine. Again for one year then I have some work i can't again go to him and I take one day gap for panoxil ls myself other wise doctor advice me daily unless I tell you to quit. It now from past three weeks i feel again symptoms what should I do now

I have a weird mentall illness...I am not doing job or any kind of productive work from years.my problem is I can't able to do any productive work for some days...3 or 4 days. I have visited many psychiatry doctors and counsellor..some gave medicine for bipolar,some gave for depression.
Now I am describing my problem in clear way..
I can't even count numbers 1 to 20 ..mentally at specific time like at 1 pm...for consecutive 3 days.
Telling this way ..I am telling the severity of problem.its not about any number game.
So can anyone tell what actually is this illness.is any psychiatry medicine is helpful?
Is it possible to cure Functional bowel disease or IBS with your medicine. I have been suffering from digestive problem since 5 years, now I am 33 years male. I have also a problem of anal fissure occurring tendency and once Lateral sphinctertomy surgery was done and doctor told if again fissure occurs in future and surgery needs then stool incontinence will start. I have also came to know that without SSRI all medicine causes Hard stool as a side effect especially for Irritable bowel syndrome patient. Now, how can I start treatment so that anal fissure don't occur taking anti psychotic medicine??
