I am 52 years old. My periods have not stopped. I am suddenly having anxiety, phobia,zero motivation to do personal work. I am not able to sleep. Sudden heat and suffocation in the body. Incessant worries. I don't know how to cope. I have a young daughter going yo school. My husband helps but no other medical or personal support. I am diabetic and have had angioplasty with 2 stents. Any suggestions? Thank you.
I am 34 weeks pregnant and recently in my urine test there came protein positive and 4-6 pus cell and I fear that result came due to contamination because I don't have any symptoms of uti and the specimen collector also told me to keep that sample uncapped and by looking the report itself doctor recommended me Nitrobact 100 for 7 days and I took 7 days of antibiotics without doing repeat urine test. So now I am feeling guilty and having anxiety because of thinking about unnecessary antibiotics causing bacteria resistant and harming my baby in anyway.
What are possible options if someone wants to quit lithium because not getting proper results in bipolar? Antipsychotics or another mood stabilizers?
