I was sitting down when suddenly my sister sprayed cockroach-killing spray. It came close to my nose and I sniffed it for 2-3 seconds. My 25-OH vitamin D is 6.1 ng/mL and calcium is 10.1 mg/dL. Is Vitamin D3 60,000 IU once weekly for a month appropriate measure to take ?
Low ferritin levels
My ferritin levels are at 8.1 ng/ml Last year it was 12. But I was not prescribed any supplement as my hb was 12.4. I again did ferritin test by myself. I am 28 years old. I am having a lot of fatigue, dizziness, palpitations, anxiety and a high pulse rate, it's been a month and I am not able to do basic functions. I don't have the energy to leave my bed. Please suggest a good supplement. I am extremely tired and weak. Please help.
Frequent fever
Hi Sir Ma'am I am getting frequent fevers. One type of antibiotics works once,next time that medicine does not cure and another type I use then again after 1 month getting fever. Also whenever there are I am exposed to cold I get fever again. Kindly suggest medication.
