My father 75yr old diagnosed with prostate cancer.doctor gave harmone injection along with zelgor tablet now father is having little pain while urinate doctor prescribed tablet for that didn't say anything. Finasteride and prolonged arousal
Sir/ ma'am I have mild swelling in testis I also had variocele and I took 1 mg of finasteride for 6 days then I noticed erectile dysfunction and abnormal ejaculation.I had prolonged arousal after which ed and abnormal ejaculation started.I immediately stopped the medication.For how many days i should refrain from s.. . I searched my symptoms on chatgpt it saying cancer .I am very worried. I also consulted physician and urologist they said to stop finasteride asap and ed and abnormal ejaculation will get treated in two months.
Suspected likely cancer
72-year-old male with history of tongue cancer. PET-CT shows low-FDG lung lesion and multiple bone lesions. Persistent lower back pain. ESR, CRP and ALP elevated. Kidney function and calcium normal. Bone marrow biopsy planned to rule out multiple myeloma versus metastatic disease. No leg weakness or bowel/bladder symptoms.
