Swelling over feet

My Grand mother having mild swellings in feet only after she forgots to take medicine Tab.Bisoheart 5mg so please advise

Chest pain cardio report normal

Having chest pain . Did ct angiogram 2month back calcium score is zero no abnormalities found. LFT shows sgpt and sgot 93& 53. Gallbladder removed in 2022. Did angiogram in 2023 having mid mild diseases lad with myocardial bridge.. the occurrence of chest feels every time. BP 135/92

Workout related( lightheadedness)

I'm currently 3 months postpartum and not breast feed since C section( Baby passed away). Had taken bed rest for last 3 months of pregnancy. When done blood test last day have high cholesterol 230. Have started doing workout, but since yesterday have been feeling little light headedness. After childbirth had this problem but resolved. Is very stressed out and emotional. What should I do ?

Dear sir kindly find attached my ecg report...i m working in pharmaceutical company...i showed my ecg report to cardiologist and physician as well... All doctors says ecg is normal... But in ecg report wrote sinus rhythm left atrial abnormality... So I want to know that why is mentioned abnormal ecg?? While doctor is saying ecg is normal...
