Fitness certificate

I got a new job offer last month, but during medical work I found some problems in my eco report. Then I consulted a cardiologist and physician. He checked my report and suggested TMT report. After the TMT report he was satisfied and given me fitness certificate. And started some medicine against my eco reports and  he was given fitness certificate. But my new company needs a certificate from DM cardiologist.  Please do need full.
