Blurry vision

I don't know whenever I keep my head down to take an afternoon nap during lunch hour . I sleep over my bench. I get blurry visions the moment I wake up. I can't see anything clearly. What is it exactly? Also it takes 5-10 minutes to restore my vision completely after I wake up. Is there anything that I should be worried about?

Silk surgery

All my reports and okay my Dr. Suggested silk surgery and also Wavelight innoveyes. As I have been suggested both, I am confused which one to choose? Kindly help

Which one is better & why? I have -3.75 left and -4 right. All my reports were okay to do any of the above treatments.
