History: * Phase 1 (March 18): Started on Tab Faropenem and Enzomac. Condition worsened; swelling increased and high fever developed.
Phase 2 (March 22 - March 28): Hospitalized/Put on IV Antibiotics (Ceftriaxone & Amikacin) for 6 days. Fever subsided and swelling began to improve.
Phase 3 (Late March/Early April): Transitioned to Tab Zifi 200mg (Cefixime) for 7 days and Enzomac Plus for 10 days.
The Gap: Following doctor's advice, stopped all meds for about 10 days. However, dull pain while walking persisted.
Current Status (Last few days): Re-consulted doctor. On palpation, he noted a "thickened cord" but confirmed testicle size is now normalized/identical to the left.
Current Meds: Restarted Zifi 200mg and Enzomac for a 10-day course.
Symptoms:
No fever (96.4°F). No back pain.
Sharp, localized pain in the spermatic cord (inguinal area), specifically where the doctor pressed.
Pain is positional: It vanishes when lying flat with legs elevated but "zaps" when lifting the legs

When I masturbate , I feel burning sensation but it doesn't happen during every masturbation. This burning sensation remains upto 1 to 2 hr then it disappears. It has been happening since 3 to 4 years , I thought that it will normalise, but it won't. Few days ago I feel this sensation before ejaculation, it persisted upto 1 hr then disappeared. Is it serious condition?
My father age 66 had complains of 2 -3 urination at night we visited to doctor and he told to get the basic reports done...other than this no complain..attached are sonography and psa reports
Hi Doctor, my foreskin retracted many years ago and stayed behind glans i thought this as natural growing process causing permanent exposure of glans since then as seen in attached photo. But today i retracted it more to find why its not covering glans in flaccid case also i found my outermost foreskin tip have some pinkness and looking like sticked to shaft of penis through a tissue as seen in attached image. Will you please check and let me know this disease name and if treatment is possible through any cream/ointment?
