New penil curvature& split urine stream
I've started kegel excercises 3 months, I used to lie on my left side and perform kegels, and I've been sleeping on my stomach when my penis gets erect and press it against mattress, am doing this since years, so I've started to see my penis is curving slightly to left, and split stream of urine too i didn't observe from how long this split urine stream been happening but when I apply pressure the split stream disappear. I have no pain while my penis is erect but am starting to feel muscle tension at base of my penis when erect. What could be the reason. If I should be worried?

Namaste Doctor Sir 🙏🏻, Age 49, veg diet , no alchohol , spicy veg food Penis , Scrotum burning sensation , irritation , no swelling, constriction feeling around glans , fever sometimes. Some infection maybe, suffering from anal crypt abscess , treatment due. Evion LC since 20 days ( 0-0-1) Taking ciplox 500 ( 1-0-1) for cracked heel issue. Please advice any urine test etc, medication etc. Thank you 🙏🏻🤝🏻
