Bacterial urine infection

I have prolonged urine bacterial infection from last two years it's recurring urine bacterial infection I want to know does it cause low testosterone levels??

No urine or less urine output

No urine throughout the day or less urine output... No Morning pressure..Done with RFT KFT KUB CT ULTRASOUND Uroflometry.. Everything is normal
