One side headache from 2 days
Hi i am suffering from one side headache from 2 days, pain is getting intense after intervals. Please suggest medicine

Visible neck pulse only on right side.
I have been observing that my right side neck pulse Is much visible then left and it caused me lot of anxiety, i wait for a long time before I consulted a doctor, he said to do a carotid doppler test, I did it and then he says everything is normal. The carotid artery test showed the left carotid artery is 0.4 mm and the right is 0.5 mm. Is it normal? When I focus and bend my neck back to check, the pulse is like a vein or artery that is only clear on the right . I'm lean and thin even though I'm 58 kgs my upper body is very lean, and I can clearly see my colar bones. Please provide me with the answer Dr.
