Leg weakness and nerve issues following

I am writing to seek your advice regarding a serious issue with my leg that started after I received a treatment. In 2008, I was given an injection to treat a fever. Since receiving that injection, I have noticed severe changes in my leg My leg has become visibly thin as compared to my left leg My fingers do not work properly, and I am having trouble moving them. I am very concerned about whether this damage is curable and what steps we need to take next.

But heavy weekness, dizziness, walking imbalance, gait walk, falling sensation walking. But no pains , no numbness. Whether it is Cervical Mylopathy or not.
