No significant pain, swelling, redness, or prolonged morning stiffness. 2026 tests: ANA, RF, Anti-CCP and HLA-B27 negative; B12 390; Vitamin D 33, CRP- normal(0.9) 2023 ANA: Positive, titre 1:100, fine-speckled pattern, intensity 2+. Could this be nerve/muscle-related rather than arthritis?
