Mine age is 37, diabetic( h1bc1 7.5)
From last 60 days, i am facing strange sensation around head.
1. Sudden onset of heaviness, fogginess around head. Mostly on back of head. It comes suddenly, stay for an hour and then go off. It 100% comes strongly when i am stressed like i am waiting for some medical scan report
2. Random pin pain on head left and right. Pin pain comes and goes randomly throughout day
3. Back lower neck very mild tightness
4. Most of night upper eye lead pain qhile sleep. Morning all normal
5. I feel left calf little heavy...dnt know if i am notice too much. I tried tandem walk multiple time and i can do. I tried 1 leg raise close eye and i did for 20 seconds average
6. With god grace, i can do my daily work...walking, doing sitting office work. Dnt know how much relevant is this herw
7. Right eye is little blury as compare to left. Did eye test in August and all clear
Do not know what is happening all this??
Can i try Amnuring 10mg or amitripltylin 25mg?
Every symptomps am having , my mind is trying to relate with cancer symptoms, please help, 4 months I did Chest Xray, CT KUB, USG , everything is normal, please help me.Currently am having fear of lung cancer, I have left smoking 11 months back, doing regular exercise with a healthy diet.
My father got heart stroke in 2019 and got performed BONE MARROW and find out JAK2 mutation positive(2019). Now( Sep 2026) he lost weight(from 4 months), feeling weakness and his haemoglobin is 9% due to anemia. His heart ejection factor is 25%. haemotogist suggested for BONE MARROW. Is bone marrow mandatory? Considering his age and heart issue Do we have other tests to identify the root cause.

Hi,
My mother has been diagnosed with vaginal melanoma in December 2024, followed by surgery at the site to remove the cyst.
We have done 18 cycles of immunotherapy with keytruda injection and 6cycles of chemo therapy, now condition is not good, still disease is progressing, there are vaginal growth that came outside and inner body as well.
We did radiation for vaginal growth as well, now my mother is not stable, unable to eat properly, all medicines are allergic and loss all muscles as well.
Currently left side of the face is swelling and right eye is bulged.
How we can proceed further.
Any doctors can be available for video consultation since she is not stable to visit the doctors at the hospital.
