Health Q&A
Regarding vitamin d tablets

Hi Doctor, i checked 2.5 months back my vitamin d was 13 unit so i started taking uprise d 60k tablets weekly. I have taken it weekly continuously for 8 weeks. I asked you how should i consume next 4 capsules so i found there difference in opinion as some of you told to continue till next 4weeks continuously and some of you told to take it monthly. So my question is can i take it biweekly at gap of 2weeks ? I don't want any toxicity accumulation of d in my body. Also want to check it after ending Atleast this 12 capsules .

Fibromyalgia and related issues

My mother is suffering from fibromyalgia and arthritis-related mobility issues. She is unable to walk properly without support and her legs have become very thin , At night she experiences severe leg pain, tightness/cramping, and discomfort, especially after physical activity or household work. Medicines prescribed by the rheumatologist are not giving significant relief. For temporary comfort, every night we press her legs using our own feet (pair se pair dabana/walking gently over the legs with feet) for long durations. However, she has become extremely sensitive to even slight changes in pressure or foot positioning. Even natural foot tilting on uneven surfaces while pressing seems to increase her pain suddenly. We want to know whether pressing legs using feet in this way can help temporarily or whether it may actually worsen fibromyalgia, muscle, nerve, or joint-related pain over time. She also tried physiotherapy twice earlier but it did not help at all , now she doesn't trust it
