Fistula in ano

I got my MRI yesterday of a fistulogram and that shows I have fistula..however last month I did one and that showed 1.5 cm long 3mm in width.. now it's 3.8 cm long and 2 mm width ...also attached picture Please let me know if this is simple one or complex or is it moving to scortum region?? I am having little discomfort near inguinal area since few days bot sure because of fistula or other reasons...

Anal alteration operation after accident

My husband met wit an accident few days back his legs got stretched wit impact of car hitting our bike.. & severe bleeding from anal region. So doctors recommend mri pelvis iam attaching the report as well.. So plz go through mri & tell me wat is the actual problem is becoz doctors are recommending emergency anal alceration surgery. & he is suffering frm hemorrhoids as well past 3 years..Is operation necessary or can it be treated with medicines. I could understand mri scan medical terms of problem. Plz someome kindly expain thank u.. eagerly waiting fr ur response doctors.. thank u..

Deep cut on toe

I fell down in the bathroom yesterday and the skin underneath the big toe opened up. I cut the skin and the wound is slightly deep and I can see redness. I went  to the nearest hospital and the doctor described one tt injection, pain killer and one antibiotic for five days. No ointment was prescribed. I am using nesporine ointment. Should I use any other ointment and should stitches be required ?

Peri anal abcess and fistula

I have  peri anal abscess since January 2026 Later on Feb detected Fistula track through MRI of 1.5 cm at 1 o clock position Now sometimes during long sit or physical activity I get very very mild discomfort at the inguinal area... ( I am not sure if that is due to fistula or skin rash I am scared is that travelling to scortum... So what is the possibility that I might get fistula or abcess reach till scortum Note : yesterday abcess got bursted and puss is flowing
