Hii doctor.. my husband met wit an accident 2 months bak & he was injured at the anal region after taking to hospital dey did mri scan & performed anal alceration surgery & immediately did sutures as well. But with in 3 days his sutures worn off & doctors told him to let the wound heal openly but its been 2 months since the incident he still gets pain & leakage everyday whiteish pus kind of he is wearing sanitary pads & we could see the leakage still.
