Blind track in mri. This good approach?

FINDINGS: There is linear T1 hypointense, T2/ STIR hyperintense trans- sphincteric sinus tract measuring 58 mm in length and ~ 4.7 mm in width with internal opening - likely at 11-1 o' clock position. my surgeon advised me for oflox tab for 12 days and now he said take sitz bath only for next 15 days and review after that is this good approach? Associated T2 / STIR hyperintense collection is seen measuring 18.8 mm x 7.5 mm showing diffusion restriction on DWI / ADC mapping. The tract is extending anteriorly with suspicious external opening into the perineum / root of scrotum. Prostate and seminal vesicles show normal shape, size and signal intensity. Urinary Bladder is partially distended and normal. The visualized ileal loops and rectum is normal. No evidence of any ascites or pelvic lymphadenopathy seen. Hip joints and bones of pelvis are normal. IMPRESSION: • Trans-sphincteric fistulous tract with associated abscess as described (Grade 4 according to St. James Classification).
