I want to confirm whether I should continue with the current dentist I'm seeing or should I seek another professional. I'm attaching a dental x-ray of mine.
Please share your observations regarding any issues you see in the x-ray. I want to know what can be discovered by it, about anyone's dental health.
Symptoms at present-
slight mobility in teeth where there's recession.
I don't see any symptoms that might suggest high blood sugar level. I've yet to get a blood test done.
I'd really appreciate some guidance and clarification at this point.

The area behind the molar are painful and especially the base. Seems a little flap has developed behind the molar and the base is swelled and red.
