Fasting came 104 and pp sugar was 124 when i eat 2 paneer parantha with curd . Even I started eating low glycemic index rice . My pp with rice will be 154. I have started walking after dinner everday . I have stopped tea except in morning and too with less sugar . My father 75 is also diabetic . When i am eating liitle rice and roti also pp is high . I am working full time 8to 5 6 days a week . What can I do to reverse this condition . When can I have again hb1ac test. Since working i cant follow too much diet schedule . Thyroid medication

My thyroid levels are under control at 2.589 (TSH) But my doctor suggested that I take Thyronorm 50 mcg daily. I have been doing that for four years now. I take the tablet at 8 am on empty stomach. It is a bit inconvenient for me. Can I take it in the evening say at 5 pm daily. I eat dinner at around 9.30 pm. In between, I drink juice during badminton at 8 pm and eat a small bite of brownie at 7.45 pm. Please advise if it is ok to take the tablet at 5 pm. Thanks.
