These are the following options that can be considered for patients with hypothyroidism.
1. Take thyroxine tablet before Suhur meal
2. Take thyroxine tablet before Iftar meal
3. Take thyroxine tablet at bedtime 2 -4 hrs after iftar meal
4. Switch to weekly thyroxine in consultation with your Endocrinologist doctor
