Can we take Protein shakes for weight loss? How do we take it and the best time for it ?
I have Gained around 10 kgs in a span of a year or more . Gym or Excercise have been keeping me fit but there is very Minimal weight loss.
Hi all respected members. My weight is 70 and my waist size is 32. I have always been thin and well maintained but in 2020 during my exams, I was there at home for almost one year and had gained belly fat. I now wish to reduce it as I got a function in next 6 months. I eat only home food cooked by maid as I live outside hometown for business purpose. Please help. I am having lemon tea (masala) twice a day since three days.

I am an 18-year-old male currently living in Kota. My weight is very low, only 37kg, and I feel like I am losing more weight recently. I want to gain muscle and reach a healthy weight, but I have a very low appetite. I am a student on a tight budget.
