Hi
I am 46 years..I have had normal periods so far..but in the last 3 to 4 months my periods are becoming prolonged..from the usual five days, it now lasts for 6 to 7 days, last period was for 6 days, before that for 9 days..
I start passing small clots from day 6 while urinating
Ultra sound is normal with very 2 small fibroids
It's due to hormonal.imbalances with estrogen dominance..
How can I control this?
Will having Flax seeds, sunflower seeds, aggravate this ..can anything with phytoestrogenic effect be consumed like Flax seeds, fennel seeds?
What else can be consumed and what has to be avoided
My iron levels are low..haemoglobin is 10.7 and ferritin only 5
I am.on orofer xt syrup ..can iron supplements cause prolonged bleeding?
Kindly suggest how can estrogen dominance be avoided and hormonal balance be achieved
Thanks

My baby has just turned 6 months old and I have started introducing solids. I wanted some guidance regarding complementary feeding.
Could you please advise on:
• Which foods should be introduced first and in what order?
• What textures are appropriate at different stages (puree, mash, small lumps, etc.)?
• When should I start introducing protein foods like dal, curd, egg, etc.?
• When is it safe to introduce mild spices and common household foods?
• Any foods that should be avoided in the first year?
I would like to ensure my baby receives balanced nutrition while introducing foods safely.
