I have been diagnosed with grade 3 fatty liver in October. Last Month my CAP was 316 increased from 304 in Oct & KPA is 6.9 decreased from 10.4 in Oct. I have lost 18 Kg since then. Last month I had a blood test done. Kidney Stone too. My B12 levels are 176 and Vitamin D levels are 17. I am taking Bilypsa, Thiotres and Vitreon Tablet once a day.
I have floaters for a long time. For the past one month I have been seeing afterimages & ghosting images. Sometimes the prolonged one is for LED and Car Light. I have got my retina checked twice in the past 15 days & it is fine. Today I visited a Neuro-Opthamologist & he thinks Vit B12 & Vit D can be the reason. He prescribed MethylCobalamin 1500 mcg once a day for 20 days (Nuroday I am going for), D3 Shots once a week for 12 weeks & Becasule Z for Multivitamin once a day. Is it safe to take them with mentioned above. Also, the doctor got an OCT GCC done he found one minor week sector in left eye. can someone tell is there anything to worry?
I didn't realise ever but my husband is noticing my eye pupil movement from last 6 month . it's not in my control..it seems I m looking at you but looking at somewhere else
Most respected opthalmologists here. I had been using Soha eye drops from year 2021 ,3-4 times a day, without any issue. However from last December onwards, my eyes started to water immensely post instilling Soha eye drops. Previously I used Systane ultra from 2014 - 2019. I was diagnosed with MGD in both eyes in 2023. This year i started lubimoist which gave temporary relief and eyes got back to watering state soon. Got my eyes tested. Everything's ok. Tried Systane hydration on Doctor's recommendation but eyes again get watery post instilling these. Am contemplating using Soha Liquigel. Is it safe to instill Soha Liquigel BD or even TDS, lifelong? Which eye drop is particularly suitable for MGD? Can Eyemist drops/genteel gel help better?

I have always had uneven eye size. But in recent months, it has become more pronounced and noticeable. In some photos, my right eye look almost closed. And my pupil is half covered from both top and bottom eye in my smaller eye. It looks swollen. The eye lid is droopy and even the lower lash line heights are different in both eyes and the eye bag in my smaller eye seems to be bigger than the left eye . Kindly advice.

Seeing sparkling dots or particles while looking towards the sun or sky.
Afterimages of text or images on phone, tv and laptop, windows grills, circular plaster of paris, wall clock.
Prolonged afterimages of light bulb, led, car light for ex if I see towards light I see an afterimage and even if I closed my eyes I see that afterimage there and it becomes multiple and I see multiple afterimages in vision after opening my eyes and it is happening for good 3-4 mins.
Feeling rays on specs from street light, sun, bulb
Got my retina checked thrice in the last 3 months The latest one is 4 days ago. Retina is fine.
Can someone tell what is happening with me? Which doctor to consult. I am going mad.
