Sir , I am 28 years young.Sir we use indian style toilet.When ever i get up from toilet I am getting severe pain in my knees .Cannot exactly tell where the pain it is but causing extreme pain .But normal day to day life I don't have any single problem .I can stand properly and sit properly .This is happening only when I get up from bathroom.can you please say what this problem is
