Very high blood sugar whilebreastfeeding

Hello doctor I have just got my random blood sugar test done and the range is very high 375. My HBA1C levels are currently at 8.9. I just had c section delivery 3 months back and did not have any high blood sugar issues then. I do not want to take in insulin. What medicines can i take safely to reduce blood sugar while breastfeeding?

TSH 3, Thyronorm 50 mcg continue?

71 yr F, in April 2025, TSH of 10 detected on routine health first time. T3 T4 till now normal. No symptoms till now.After this Thyronorm 50 mcg was started. TSH came 0.13 , so 25 mcg. *After 2 mnths, TSH 5.6, so 37.5 mcg *After 4 mnths, TSH 9.6 , so 50 mcg *After 2 mnths, tsh now normal 3.3. Now, Told to continue 50 mcg. Come after 4 mnths. 71 yrs, has early liver disease, cause unknown but at present liver and other all blood test normal, no symptoms. Hypertension.   hba1c of 6.4. ppbs 142, low hb, rbc 5. (1) Can taking 50 mcg for 4 mnth at tsh 3 cause it to go low? (2) If tsh is normal, can medicine be stopped. Is medicine necessary seeing these tests? Thanks

Hi, I am a 27-year-old female with weight : 100 kg and height : 165.1cm and recently got my blood tests done with the following results: * HbA1c: 7% * Fasting Blood Sugar: ~155 mg/dL * Postprandial Sugar: ~286 mg/dL * TSH: ~10 (on Thyronorm, 25 mcg) * Lipids slightly elevated I am obese and I work out 6 days a week and have a nomal diet, but unable to lose weight at all... Given my condition I wanted to ask: Can semaglutide be considered in my case? If yes, I would like to consult immediately. Please help. Thank you.

Diagnosed a1c 6.1,fatty liver, dyslipidemia,no sleep  after that controlled diet and lost 19 kg weight(previously 88 kg)waist size from 37 to 31, regulated sleep (8hrs), physically activity increased,reversed fatty liver and got normal lipids. Will hba1c  Drop now?
