My current weight is 56 kilograms and bmi is 21.9 which is in a healthy range but I have huge belly fat , I'm worried if it's visceral fat . How can I lose belly fat and at the same time preserve my muscles. Do I need a calorie deficit. I workout for 5 days cardio plus light strength training.
Hi..I have a 5 year old daughter with a weight of 18.4 kg and a height of 115 cm .Her weight was 3.2 kg.She looks thin . What diet should we give her to increase her weight.She had 2 episodes of loose motion and colitis this year because of which she was 2-3 weeks on a less fiber diet as well.
