Fatty liver and gallbladder surgery

I recently had my gallbladder removal surgery.I also have fatty liver grade 2 and sometimes I get pain in the upper right side of my stomach.Is there any medical treatment for fatty liver? Please tell me how can we cure it.If there is any treatment for this, please tell me.

Stomach pain and diarrhea

Ate normal hostel food (lots of rice with fish curry) later at night ate sancks (kurkure with mama), everything was fine but around 8 i woke up to my Stomach hurting and a lot of sound and after sometime i started having diarrhea. Since then i ate normal bread with jam and ate 1 tab of Quiniodochlor at 9:30 and have been still getting diarrhea a lot everything very liquid. I am also drinking water with salt and sugar mixture, and whenever i drink small sips of it the stool comes again. Stomach still hurts a lot (a bit more above my navel in the center)and have been getting diarrhea a lot. Note: I am a student in meghalaya.

NSAID for back pain

I am having moderate lower back pain issues for the past 1 month since I fell down from bike. Doctor advised me to take  certain medications it contains Neproxen 500mg  and ppi also for 10 days. My concern is I am a  patient of chronic indigestion and acidity. Shall I use NSAID with ppi. Will it cause any further gastric issue?

I am 15 years old. From around 2020 I used to hold stool frequently and since 2023 I have developed severe bowel symptoms. I have incomplete emptying, watery stool leakage, very bad smell, and difficulty passing stool normally. The symptoms are still continuing in 2026. I feel like stool may be stuck inside and liquid stool leaks out. I do not feel fully empty even after using the toilet. The condition is affecting my daily life badly.tell me some home remedies that can improve it Could this be severe constipation/encopresis or something else? What tests or treatment are usually needed?

Grade 2 NAFLD

I have been diagnosed with grade 2 non alcoholic fatty liver disease in 2023,have diabetes & high bp.Diabetes used to remain mostly under control but bp fluctuates.My LFT report came absolutely normal which was done 1 year 1 month ago.Consumed a bottle of beer daily for the last 12 months.Taking saroglitazar 4 mg daily.What damages does alcohol have likely  done to my liver?However,there are no symptoms till now.Could it cause inflammation or fibrosis?Can the damages caused to my liver due to daily beer intake for the last 12 months be fully reversed by abstaining completely from alcohol from now on?
