I eat Sattu milk shake as breakfast
Lunch - rice dal and 1 omlette
Dinner 4 rotis with vegetables or dal..
Is it possible to gain weight on these foods.

I am a father of 3.5-year-old twins — a boy and a girl. Earlier, their pediatrician had prescribed AtoZ Mango Flavour drops as a general health tonic/multivitamin. However, during the recent visit, he mentioned that it is no longer necessary.
My children are starting school next week, and we are concerned that they may frequently catch colds, coughs, or infections from other children during the initial months.
