Dear Doctor,
I am a 27-year-old male experiencing recurrent episodes of dizziness and imbalance. I do not feel that the room is spinning. Instead, I feel as if there is movement inside my head, which makes me feel dizzy and off-balance. I often feel like I may lose my balance or fall, especially while standing, walking, or travelling on a bike or in an e-rickshaw.
My recent health check-up showed:
• Vitamin D: 13.7 ng/mL (Deficient)
• Vitamin B12: 167 pg/mL (Low)
• Platelet Count: 117 × 10³/µL (Low)
• HDL: 23.7 mg/dL (Low)
• LDL: 131.4 mg/dL (Borderline High)
My blood sugar (Fasting Glucose & HbA1c), thyroid profile, kidney function, iron studies, ESR, and urine tests were normal.
Could my symptoms be related to an inner ear (vestibular) disorder or another balance-related condition? Please advise if I need an ENT examination, hearing assessment, vestibular function tests, or any other investigations.
Thank you.

My 5-month-old daughter is bathed daily. After every bath, my mother-in-law blows really hard into each ear to remove any water that might have entered. My baby has no pain, discharge, fever, or noticeable hearing problems, but could this practice have caused any damage to her ears so far? I am worried. I came to know blowing air into baby's ear is not safe
