My mother is suffering from fibromyalgia and arthritis-related mobility issues. She is unable to walk properly without support and her legs have become very thin , At night she experiences severe leg pain, tightness/cramping, and discomfort, especially after physical activity or household work. Medicines prescribed by the rheumatologist are not giving significant relief.
For temporary comfort, every night we press her legs using our own feet (pair se pair dabana/walking gently over the legs with feet) for long durations. However, she has become extremely sensitive to even slight changes in pressure or foot positioning. Even natural foot tilting on uneven surfaces while pressing seems to increase her pain suddenly. We want to know whether pressing legs using feet in this way can help temporarily or whether it may actually worsen fibromyalgia, muscle, nerve, or joint-related pain over time.
She also tried physiotherapy twice earlier but it did not help at all , now she doesn't trust it
Hello Doctors,
The Incident: I was chased by a street dog while riding my motorcycle. The dog was exclusively on the right side of my bike and i was wearing shorts
• The Contact: There was absolutely no bite and no scratch. However, I suspect the dog's breath or a drop of saliva might have landed on my right leg.
• Immediate Action: I washed my right leg thoroughly with soap and water immediately after.
• Skin Condition: I have visually inspected my right leg, and the skin is intact with no cuts, micro-abrasions, or open wounds. There was a micro scap in my ankle towards the left side of my right leg which faces the engine and I do have a tiny, dry, already-scabbed nick on my left leg, but the dog was never on that side of the bike
I m breast feeding my 1yr 4month baby, but from 3days I m feeling my head is so heavy as if some one will drag me... My jaws are Lil straining and on my left leg I can feel tingling burning sensation.. as if weakness.. my cbc esr crp everything is normal...
