Black spot on my all the molar tooth

I have black spot on my all the below molar tooth. O have not facing any discomfort or pain but I can see the black spot. How can o remove this as it is showing since past 9 years. I have need to do fillings because it is painful procedure and some time filled stuff remove from the teeth automatically
