TSH 3, Thyronorm 50 mcg continue?

71 yr F, in April 2025, TSH of 10 detected on routine health first time. T3 T4 till now normal. No symptoms till now.After this Thyronorm 50 mcg was started. TSH came 0.13 , so 25 mcg. *After 2 mnths, TSH 5.6, so 37.5 mcg *After 4 mnths, TSH 9.6 , so 50 mcg *After 2 mnths, tsh now normal 3.3. Now, Told to continue 50 mcg. Come after 4 mnths. 71 yrs, has early liver disease, cause unknown but at present liver and other all blood test normal, no symptoms. Hypertension.   hba1c of 6.4. ppbs 142, low hb, rbc 5. (1) Can taking 50 mcg for 4 mnth at tsh 3 cause it to go low? (2) If tsh is normal, can medicine be stopped. Is medicine necessary seeing these tests? Thanks

6 months ago my hba1c was 6.1, stopped taking Sweets and reduced weight from 80 to 70, my height is 5.6 feet , was taking canthex capsules, then hba1c came to 4.7 after three months, now further 3 months I do the test again and hba1c is 5.9 , considering I'm taking fruits daily and some sweets too and started taking potatoes too, what should I do, thyroid function test and random blood sugar and fasting blood sugar are normal
