Diarrhea after Cifran OZ (Antibiotic) course. Course ended 3 days ago and I have been taking Econorm since but it's not improving at all. There is stomach discomfort and pain.

I had been diagnosed with b12 deficiency and d3 deficiency 3 months aho so the fatigue was there because of thatbut now i got checked tsh was 6.5 and t3 t4 was normal should i get anything else checked or lifestyle moderation will fix my tsh or i need medication immediately
High BP for last few months
My BP was coming in the range of 150/95 for last few months. I started taking homeopathic medicine. It has come down to 130/90. Got all my tests done including ECG and Echo. All is normal. Triglycerides and cholesterol, Hb are normal. Diastolic pressure is not coming down. Please suggest.

Hi Doctor, whenever i get any sexual thought my penis starts leaking some drops of liquid which i checked on internet given as precum. But i get precum within less then a minute of thinking. Is this is called premature ejaculation or that's something different thing ? Also after getting precum i try to divert my mind to avoid ejaculation as i read somewhere it leads to weakness, fertility loss etc. Also i try to avoid this because it gives some foul smell and make stain marks on underwear and paints.
