Please suggest me for high triglycerides. It is 288.
And hdl is low. I had been taking medicines rosuvastin for cholesterol. But can it be possible to reduce my triglycerides without medicines.
I don't want to make a habit of medicine now only
I m 44 years married old women.

My ECG, 2d echo, sugar other tests all are normal.
Except my cholesterol.
My physical activity is not great. But i do walking 10-15 minutes a day.

I’ve had my eyes checked, and my ophthalmologist said there was no apparent eye-related issue. What could be causing these symptoms? Could it be related to the inner ear, vestibular system, or a neurological issue? Should I consult an ENT specialist or a neurologist first? In routine blood test only vitamin d deficiency so taking supplement for it.
Hello, I have 2 bumps on my abdomen near the areas where I used to take peptide injections. It was small earlier but now it has grown. It is painful to touch and itchy sometimes though there is no pain unless touched. One has subsided a little but the other is still there. Please advise
