Severe pain after passing stool
I have been experiencing hard stools for about 25 days. I notice dark-red blood while passing stool, along with a cutting sensation, burning, and pain around the anus. The pain becomes severe after passing stool and can continue for 4–5 hours or sometimes throughout the day. I want to know whether this could be an anal fissure, hemorrhoids, or another condition, and what treatment or medicine would be appropriate.

How to consume Clonotril 0.25 tablet?. It should be consumed with water or its mouth dissolving like Petril. Also is there any difference in Clonotril dispersible and Petril MD

Pelvic floor muscles chronic pain
Follow everything told by doctor still my muscles aren't relaxing. I had undergone kshar sutra & fissure tissue removal surgery 4 months ago. I had been following everything. Still my muscles & spinchter aren't relaxing. & causing incomplete evacuation & cramps. I've undergone almost 4 anal surgeries. I'm still suffering. My body has become weak & lost lot of weight coz of those painful procedures. I really can't undergo another surgery for same. I have other probs & surgeries too.I have no bleeding or discharge.No much pain too. I recently discovered that I had this habbit of half bending/ half squatting while peeing more like bending a little & standing. Since 7 years I have never sat down to pee. I was avoiding UTI & did that. Could that have caused muscle disorientation & tension leading to chronic pain? If yes please guide how to relax again like it used to be 7 years ago. Please🙏 😭
