Weird issue
These days all off a sudden I feel and urge to move my hands and legs without Any issue and it becomes normal once I sleep. Why ? Is it something serious?

For the last 10 ten days, I am having numbness in left big toe. Bottom right side of the left big toe one specific point. It started suddenly without any injury.It is not improving nor deteriorating. I can move my toe normally and it is not creating any problem in my daily activities. But I am concerned it is not going to it's normal state. Please advice. Thank you.
My brother after vomiting suddenly collapse and get injured.. Now his one arm is not have much power and unable to walk properly.. He has tingling in lower body areas.. Less sense of washroom.. MRI report attached.. Please suggest treatment
Sir/Madam I've continuously dizziness like head rotation sensation, both hands legs weekness. MRI brain is normal and MRI C spine has compression C3 to c5. Hello dr, I am type 1 diabetic from long time.
