There are times when it's too high n times when it disappears. But I've learnt how to handle some of the symptoms. I practice yoga regularly, breathing exercises , gym with weight training too.I have a flight coming up n just thinking about it makes me nervous. It's not my first one. Although I travel about twice a year by plane but I've always had travel anxiety. Staying away from home n flying just makes me nervous. As much as I look forward to a holiday with family, this anxiety dampens the excitement. How can I enjoy?

I have been diagnosed with health anxiety in 2019.I have been on/off medication.When I take medicine anxiety goes but I feel low/ depressed due to side effects.I want to get off medication completely.Is it possible.Currently I am taking 12.5 mg stablon once a day and 0.125 mg lonazep once at night How to break the loop of health anxiety.Also do I need medication or CBT.Can taking Ciplar 20 mg SOS and 0.25 mg lonazep help only when I feel anxious
