Anal Crypt Abscess  / Fistula Low

Namaste Doctor ji, Anal issue deected from MRI Perianal region. Pain, discomfort , constriction , injury wound type lump No constipation , no blood . MRI REPORT attached. MRI  report  indicates: CRYPT  ABSCESS  AND  NO OBVIOUS  FISTULA  COLLECTION.    mri report attached. But Proctologist doctors saying   ; intersphincteric fistula posterior low is present where as MRI report by radioogist says no. As a patient how do i go about , yes or no or any , Further investigation guodance needed. Treatment guidance needed, further investigation direction, advice needed. Thank you 🙏🏻🤝🏻

Anal alteration operation after accident

My husband met wit an accident few days back his legs got stretched wit impact of car hitting our bike.. & severe bleeding from anal region. So doctors recommend mri pelvis iam attaching the report as well.. So plz go through mri & tell me wat is the actual problem is becoz doctors are recommending emergency anal alceration surgery. & he is suffering frm hemorrhoids as well past 3 years..Is operation necessary or can it be treated with medicines. Skin graft healing at donor site

My father has undergone a mandibulectomy surgery where the fibula bone was used as a donor. The skin graft at the donor site is now (after 5 weeks) is said to be at partial loss, am worried how the area will heal now.
