Right breast lump

I am concerned about these lumps around anus. There is no blood daily but when a hard stool passes it hurts skin inside then blood comes with stool and it's pain while sitting for some days then it heals itself and pain goes but these lumps don't go.

Hello doctors. I got Cesarean. 3 months completed now. I am breastfeeding mother. My belly button comes out during pregnency. It doesn't go back. I consulted OBGyn. Doctor told this is not hernia. She told to cough and raise to two legs while examined. Doctor told that muscles are weakened during pregnency. So Do excersise 3 months. Belly button shrink and comes to normal. So please tell me is this normal? I had no pain. No symptoms of hernia. It feel like normal. But outie belly ( small)
